“Shiver Rush” is a duo exploring sound as a channel for "pleasure activism". The erotic of sound is understood as a source of embodied knowledge and a field of research of a queer lesbian relationship. We are creating a space where the sensual and the political merge into a ritual of sapphic desire. The relational nature of sound and the emotional contagion of shivers channel and expand our intimacy into a collective space. Movement, voice, and touch become raw sonic data transformed into sound and vibration for listening and feeling. A modular system of bodies, synths, and transducers disperses sound and vibration through space, surface, and skin. Our bodies act as circuits, channeling emotional and electric flow into a sonic and somatic language of feminine intimacy.
